Monday night is Mongolian Buffet night. Freshly prepared raw ingredients including vegetables, meats, oils, sauces and spices are available for your selection. Choose from the raw selection, add spices, oils and sauces on a plate and then give it to the Chef who quickly grills the ingredients. Mix and match ingredients and make your own creation. A healthy way to dine! Wednesday Night is Indian Buffet. With half the population in Fiji being Fijian Indian there is no shortage of Indian food and on Wednesday night the Indian Chefs display their talents. A spiced and flavoursome selection of all India has to offer from chutneys, chillies, roti bread, traditional Dahl Soup, Baba Ganush, a selection of mouth watering spicy curries, Chicken Vindaloo to the sweet tasting desserts of India. Friday Night is Fijian Lovo Buffet. Experience the traditional Fijian cooking technique as the Chef buries the Lovo feast in the ground. Cooking for 2-3 hours this way, the feast is then retrieved and placed on display for the Guests to devour. Fijian meats and vegetables are on offer with tempting tropical salads and a large selection of dessert treats. Sunday night is Sunday Roast Buffet. Enjoy a selection of freshly carved roast meats with garden picked vegetables, the freshest salads, breads and traditional condiments. Then wander over to the dessert buffet and enjoy the sweetest treats.
